Registration 參會須知

1. Registration fee includes: evening reception, refreshment breaks, all panel sessions, and the Asia Hotel Awards.
參會費包含峰會全程交流活動、AHF 亞洲酒店大獎頒獎典禮。

2. Upon receiving the full payment, the confirmation letter will be sent by fax or email. Please complete as soon as possible to ensure reservation.
注冊確認函將在支付成功后,由大會秘書處通過電郵或傳真形式發送至注冊者,由于席位有限,請盡早完成支付注冊手續,以確保席位。

3. Delegates have to bring personal identification and business cards for registration and brochures during the schedule time. The companions and interpreters are not allowed to attend the conference without registration and payment.
參會代表請憑本人有效身份證件及名片報道和領取資料。與會者同行的客人、翻譯、親屬等,如未交納注冊費,不得參加大會任何活動。

4. If any part of or all the conference is changed or cancelled due to force majeure cause, the conference hosts would not responsible for covering airfare, hotel, or any other costs.
主辦方不承擔因不可抗力因素導致大會議程變更或取消而產生的嘉賓的交通、住宿及其他附加費用。

5. Please complete the form correctly. All personal information collected will be used for this activity ONLY and be kept confidential.
請正確填寫以上信息,本報名信息僅用作主辦方信息收集之用并予以保密。

Cancellations And Refunds 更改及取消預訂
The deadline of registration will be 30th , September, 2019. Cancellation requests sent to the Organising Committee from 1st , August to 30th , September will refund 30%, while no refundable after 1st, October, 2019.
本次論壇預訂的報名日期截至 2019 年 9 月 30 日,8 月 1 日至9 月 30 日(包括 30 日)期間的任何取消須承擔 30% 的行政費用。2019 年 10 月 1 日(包括 1 日 ) 之后的取消自行承擔全部費用。
